Matt: Pound the under in this one (44.5 on proline, which they can’t make low enough).
Tampa has a really good defense, and Nick Foles didn’t look good last week vs Indianapolis. It’s highly possible that the Bucs’ defense chunks on this poor Bears offense, and they win something like 17-6. But frankly, I don’t think either team is going to be able to move the ball. The Bears played a better defense than this one last week, and I think they will come into this game ready for what Tampa Bay throws at them.
I don’t love either team here, but I can’t bring myself to take the Bucs in a game where their 43-year old QB is missing HB Leonard Fournette, TE OJ Howard and WR Chris Godwinn, with WRs Mike Evans and Scotty Miller both questionable. Tampa Bay really doesn’t have anything to work with out there this week.
Bears squeak out a close one that they probably don’t deserve to win. Give me Chicago, 21-17 ish.
